What is the Driver Improvement Course? |

Keith's Driving School has a driver improvement course that is approved by the Virginia DMV. This course will remove 5 bad points from YOUR driving record.

What Does the Virginia DMV require for the Course? |

The classroom session will last all day on Saturday but Virginia DMV requires a multiple-choice quiz be taken at our location. After you successfully complete the quiz, you will receive your Certificate of Completion.

Why should I take the Driver Improvement Course? |
| A) |
You can be awarded up to five (5) safe driving points for completing the approved DMV- course. Some insurance companies offer policyholders a discount on their auto insurance for successfully completing a driver improvement course, but be sure to get details from your insurance company. Drivers and motorcyclists can take this course for various reasons:
The DMV or a Court has required it
To receive a discount on auto insurance - ask your agent for details
Safe driving refresher course
To receive up to 5 safe driving points on your DMV driving record

When can I Start? |

The Five Point Reduction Driver Improvement Programs are held every Saturday from 8:00am to 4pm. at our Springfield and Vienna Virginia locations. Night classes are offered at our Burke Location.

If I have been ordered by the court to take a driver improvement course, am I eligible to take the course at Keith's Driving School? |

Yes, Keith's Driving school is approved by all Virginia courts that order a permit driver improvement courses.

How do I take the final quiz and how long will it take? |
| A) |
The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles requires the final quiz be taken at one of our approved quiz locations. The quiz is all multiple choice, and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
